By placing an order on teamcpd.com you agree to these terms, our Returns & Warranty policy and our Shipping & Pickup policy.
Products
- Pre-owned phones are sold as described, including their condition grade. Their photos show the actual device.
- Every phone is IMEI-checked, factory reset and tested before sale.
- Accessory photos are representative; packaging may vary.
Prices and availability
- Prices are in US dollars and match our store prices.
- Items are also sold in our store, so stock can change. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you check out, we cancel that order and your card is not charged; the authorization is released.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors and may limit quantities.
Orders and payment
- Your card is authorized when you check out and charged when we confirm your order.
- We may decline or cancel an order to prevent fraud or abuse, or if we can't verify it. If we cancel, you're not charged.
Pickup, shipping and risk
Pickup and shipping work as described in our Shipping & Pickup policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or pickup.
Returns and warranty
All sales are final. Defective items are covered as described in our Returns & Warranty policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost data, so back up your device.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, with disputes resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
