Effective October 15, 2026. These policies apply to purchases from USK Cellular Inc., doing business as CellPhone Doctor, 504 Jordan Lane NW, Suite E, Huntsville, AL, 35805.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
- Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, email or text.
- Website usage: pages visited and device/browser information, through cookies and Google Analytics. We also keep security logs to protect the site.
How we use it
- To process, ship and hand over your order, and to tell you about it (order ready, shipped, delivered).
- To answer questions and handle warranty claims.
- To prevent fraud. For example, we verify that phones are picked up by the buyer.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Stripe, for payments and fraud screening.
- USPS and our shipping-label provider, for your address.
- Twilio for text messages, and Resend for email.
- Google Analytics, for website statistics.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number with an order, we send texts about that order only. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information only as long as it's useful for serving you.
Your choices
Contact us to see, correct or delete your information, except records we must keep by law. You can block or clear cookies in your browser. Our site isn't directed to children under 13.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
