Returns & Warranty

Effective October 15, 2026. These policies apply to purchases from USK Cellular Inc., doing business as CellPhone Doctor, 504 Jordan Lane NW, Suite E, Huntsville, AL, 35805.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. Items that are defective, or that we sent in error, are replaced or repaired as described below.

Accessories

  • No returns or refunds.
  • Unopened and unused accessories can be exchanged for a replacement within 14 days of pickup or delivery.
  • Defective accessories are replaced within 30 days of pickup or delivery.

Repair parts

  • No returns once a part has been opened or installed.
  • Parts carry a 90-day warranty against defects from pickup or delivery. A defective part is replaced.
  • The warranty does not cover damage during installation, such as torn flex cables, cracked glass, bent frames, liquid or heat damage.

Phones and tablets

  • No returns or refunds.
  • Warranty from pickup or delivery: 90 days for Grade A and B devices, 30 days for Grade C or ungraded devices.
  • The warranty covers functional defects: display and touch, battery, charging, cameras, speakers, microphone and calling.
  • It does not cover drops, cracked screens, liquid damage, software or account issues, or carrier service problems.
  • If a device fails under warranty, we replace it with the same or a comparable device. If none is in stock, we repair it free of charge. If a repair isn't possible, we issue store credit for the purchase price. We refund to your card only if none of those is possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are refunded only when the item was defective or we made a mistake (for example, sent the wrong item). For warranty claims on shipped orders we email you a prepaid label.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the package and item, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

When a refund applies, it goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5–10 business days.

Unclaimed pickup orders

Pickup orders are held for 14 business days. We remind you on day 3 and day 7. After that, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
