Store pickup (free)
- Choose Store pickup at checkout. We text and email you when your order is ready, with a pickup code.
- Bring the code. Phones and tablets require a photo ID matching the name on the order.
- Orders are held for 14 business days.

- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) and you receive a tracking number by email.
- We ship to addresses in the 50 United States.
- When the store is closed (Sundays, holidays, and our annual closure in July), orders ship once we reopen. The checkout tells you if a closure applies.
Phones and tablets
- Shipped phones are insured and require a signature on delivery.
- They ship only to the billing address of the card used, and not to PO boxes.
- Some higher-value devices are available for store pickup only. The product page shows this.
Batteries
Batteries sold on their own can't be shipped under carrier rules for lithium batteries, so they are store pickup only. Batteries installed in a device ship normally.
Sales tax
We collect Alabama sales tax as required: store pickup at the Huntsville rate, and shipped orders based on the delivery address within Alabama. Shipping charges are not taxed. Orders shipped outside Alabama are not charged Alabama sales tax. You may owe use tax to your state or city.
